Non-Exclusive Licenses
Our standard licensing model allows multiple artists to license the same beat. You receive all rights specified in your tier, but the beat may also be licensed to others.

Important Terms
Credit Requirements
All licenses require producer credit as "prod. Skip". This credit must appear in song titles, streaming platform credits, and video descriptions.
If the beat has a collaborator (producer), this producer is required to be credited as well.
Distribution Limits
Each license tier includes specific distribution limits (streams, downloads, physical copies). Upgrade your license if you exceed these limits. Higher tiers offer increased or unlimited distribution.
Prohibited Uses
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the instrumental. You cannot register the beat's composition at any times. No defamatory or illegal content.

Your full license agreement is sent via email after purchase and available in your account dashboard. Keep this document for your records.

Can I upgrade my license later?
Yes! Contact me with your order number and I'll apply your original purchase price toward the upgrade cost.
What happens if someone else buys the same beat?
With non-exclusive licenses, multiple artists can use the same beat. Each has their own license rights. Only exclusive purchases remove the beat from sale.
Do I need to register my song with a PRO?
Yes, I recommend registering with a Performing Rights Organization (ASCAP, BMI, etc.) to collect performance royalties. Include the producer information provided in your license.
Can I use the beat for client work or commercial projects?
Most license tiers allow commercial use including work for clients, advertisements, and for-profit projects. Check your specific license tier for details.
